The Young Memory Anthology will contribute to the construction of a national sense of community by presenting a unified and empathetic narrative out of the diverse experiences of young thinkers and movers.
The Young Memory Anthology is the first product of Our Shared Memory, consisting of ten poems, ten prose pieces, and three profiles of young leaders. All submissions will be reviewed by a diverse Student Review Committee. The final round of selection will be conducted with the assistance of our distinguished advisers. We will provide optional constructive feedback to all selected works, which will then be curated into the Young Memory Anthology. The Anthology will be published online with free and open access. Although readers will have an opportunity to donate to COVID-19 relief efforts, the real value of the anthology is in the unification, amplification, and preservation of your inspiring stories and voices.
